Bell Canada will take $1 per additional gigabyte from users jumped over 300 gigabyte monthly; but this innovation concerns DSL offer package.
Broadband DSL Reports tried to calculate how much a DSL subscriber will need to pay for 350 GB with 7Mbps DSL: C$154.95 (US$156) during one month.
Surely, Bell Canada is not the only company to use those penalties on DSL subscribers. Bell will be accompanied by AT&T, Time Warner Cable; Frontier stated recently that the company will set a 5 GB cap on DSL tiers.
