I enjoy using Ooma. It has great features and makes my job easier. We use to get a lot of phone calls so setting up the virtual receptionist helped us out a lot. When someone calls they know which extension to call. When someone leaves a voicemail it goes right to my email so I can listen to it. Also I love the app on my phone so when I am out of the office I can get calls and messages still.

We've been using Ooma Office for a while now and haven't had a problem. It's half the cost of the traditional phone service we were using, and it has a ton of features. The virtual assistant feature is really helpful in directing calls to where they're supposed to go. We use the DP1 phones and they work great as well and is feature rich.

so far the call quality and features are good, and the good thing it i pay half of what i used to pay before.

I have had Ooma for about 2-1/2 years. The quality and reliability have been excellent. The only time I have needed customer service was during the initial setup. They were prompt and very competent.

I love using ooma. Its great to save money and the call quality is great. I work at night and am on long confernece calls with colleagues. Ooma has never failed me once!

We use the virtual receptionist to route callers to the right department but we really find it to be a great asset when a customer calls after hours and they need to be connected with a support technician. We can have the call forwarded to an outside support technician's cell phone.

I have been using Ooma for a little over two years now. I find it to be a wonderful service. Not only am I able to get my "land" line calls on my desk phone, but I can also get these calls on my cell phone. Great feature. When I first started using Ooma, they didn't have a text capability. It has now been added. This is great because if I don't want to give out my cell number, I can use my Ooma number. The service is sometimes spotty but I think that's mostly due to the area I am in at the time I am on a call. The price is fantastic. I have saved so much money since I switched from Verizon. Plus, Verizon didn't offer a virtual fax service like Ooma does, although fax is slowly becoming a thing of the past. I would like to see an option to save names and numbers on the portal and not on the phone itself. It is a little difficult saving numbers on the phone. Their customer service is fantastic. Don't wait long, efficient service, very knowledgeable people. I would also like to see them add a recording of the conversation feature.

I started becoming inundated with spam calls. I am the sole employee at my small business so not only am I the engineer, I am the receptionist, accountant, IT, etc. Answering the phones started to become too much for me to handle, and these calls were mostly phone solicitations. I configured my Ooma phone system, so only existing clients can get to me directly, machine automated spam is never able to get to me, and manual solicitations are much more difficult to get to me. I know it's not customary to explain the benefit of a phone system is how difficult it makes it to get a hold of me, but for my business model, this has been invaluable.

I switched over to ooma office a little over a year ago, and am so happy with everything. If you need customer service help, call the number and they will immediately answer. They ha be thought of every little detail in their service. For example if your internet goes out, you can forward calls automatically to your personal cell phone. Plus the price is in beatable! I am 100% pleased with ooma office with our company!

Great lower price phone system option. Gives you options for desktop and mobile uses. Lots of control on the admin side. Easy to get to customer service. Bills are laid out in an easy to understand way.

Most of all I like the virtual answering service. It decreases the number of unnecessary calls I have to answer and helps to direct callers to the right place. Ooma is the best landline physical office replacement solution on the planet! It is significantly more inexpensive and flexible than our previous PacBell/ATandamp;T landline solution. The mobile app and features make it highly usable and practical for on the go use. Being able to use our existing phone handsets was very helpful and saved us additional cost. I have been an Ooma customer for a few years and have not had too many issues. The call quality has been good and the customer service has been exceptional. We later added the texting feature to the business line and it made it even better. The phone app is easy to use and sometimes alerts that it is an Ooma call before I answer it.

I am a definite fan of Ooma Office. I have the base station and use a Ooma Lynx to tie it into my existing home office phone wiring. I also use the Ooma Office app on my iPhone which is something I really like. I can be "in the office" almost anywhere as far as a caller is concerned. A big plus to make my business seem bigger than it is. Ooma has a large number of features and I only use a small subset. Voice mail via email is a favorite. The mobile app as mentioned. The virtual assistant is great for cutting down on junk calls and that's about as much of its capabilities as I'm using but it can do a lot more. I like the quality of the calls. It's great compared to my old Verizon line. The money I saved (It's about 1/3 the price) is also a big plus. Ooma support has been fantastic. I haven't needed to call them much, but when I have they were there and very helpful. A much shorter wait time than I ever got with Verizon!

We first installed an Ooma phone system back in 2015 replacing our ATandamp;T system and saving hundreds of dollars each month. Loved all of the options as well as the call clarity and reliability of the system. Fast forward to early 2019 we upgraded our phones to the Yealink/Ooma T21p E2 phones and now we love our system and phones even more. You can't go wrong with Ooma and depending on who your current carrier is you will save money, if it is ATandamp;T you will save a lot of money.

Best bang for the buck VOIP service out there. That is why they win all the awards. Flexible setup of voice attendant, good customer support. We have had no problems unless we lose the internet, and then it rolls over to our cell phones. Works with our Plantronics headsets without a problem. Recommend getting a router with power over ethernet to power the phones and less clutter. Considering the poor VOIP service we had previously, this is terrific.
