New port Beach, California (October 29, 2011)- The Real PBX, a leader in the hosted PBX industry revealed how they achieved success in Hosted PBX market. These highlights came from The Real PBX team during the recent quarter bash which took place at “The Hotel” in Santa Monica, California where they mentioned that due to the consistent efforts of their Technical and Marketing team, they have set a 98% customer satisfaction benchmark.
