Newport Beach, California, Feb 17th, 2012: To allow new businesses to try out virtual PBX services, The Real PBX has launched another very brisk endeavor for SMBs. Now, clients can call for free anywhere in the world for the given time period of 10 days using The Real PBX SIP services.
In a press conference at “THE LANDS END Hotel”, the President of The Real PBX, Mrs. Sangeeta Chhabra announced- “Our new accolade offers free international calling for 10 days”. She added further, “The users will be provided with sufficient balance to try out our services for 10 days to get a better view of our product & services.”
When asked why such service has been provided for free where most of the potential clients are ready to sign up for 1 month schemes then why the company is losing that 1 month fee from such clients, then Mrs. Chhabra replied “The Real PBX believes that the customer-enterprise relationship is its first & foremost priority since the company’s inception. The organization aims at securing long term relationship with its clients rather than a 1 month fling. We have never compensated on our Quality of service be it on the basis of pricing or client accolades. As other companies are providing endeavors to attract customers, why shouldn’t we?”
Mrs. Chhabra further added “Our marketing team had conducted a survey with the market clients and found that we can get immense response from this strategy as 90% of the clients prefer free introductory trials rather than signing up for 1 month paid scheme to try out a company’s services.” Even though initially we felt dicey about offering free services, but later, our marketing board with acceptance from board of directors decided to introduce this offer. The Technical team head Mr. Brown added to the announcement “The clients who avail this offer will be given an initial balance of $5-10 which can be used for 10 days. After these 10 days the company representative will contact the customer to receive feedback & offer various pricing schemes available for them.”
The Real PBX is really concentrating on customer satisfaction these days further improving their services & technology with an aim to concur the market in the coming future.
