Huntsville, AL., June 15, 2009 - Digium, Inc., the Asterisk(r) Company, has apointed Tiptel b.v. as an official distributor for Digium telephony cards in the Benelux. Digium is the innovative force behind Asterisk(r), the world's most widely used open source telephony platform. Digium also develops the software, hardware and other components necessary to create a Unified Communications solution for the business market. This allows resellers, integrators and customers to compile their own telephony solutions. Cor Heide, director of Tiptel Netherlands, is very pleased with the addition of Digium.
