DIDX Celebrates Star2Billing Fifth Anniversary 2010 with SIP DID Offer DIDX Celebrates Star2Billing Fifth Anniversary 2010 with SIP DID OfferDIDX Celebrates Star2Billing Fifth Anniversary 2010 with SIP DID Offer

22 April 2010

Star2Billing, the commercial arm of A2Billing, and among the most popular open source Telecom Switch and Billing platforms available today, has announced its fifth year anniversary in 2010. DIDX offers all Star2Billing customers option for special SIP DID offer of 1000 Ohio, USA DIDs and/or Auckland, New Zealand DID phone numbers. Both services are some the most respected and well-known global innovators and enablers in open source and IP communications.

"According to many users of Star2Billing and officials at Super Technologies, Inc. (who created and run the DIDX service), the special will help customers to provide real phone numbers to their end-users instead of just a SIP address - so that they can receive phone calls on a phone number, not just make them. No matter where Star2Billing customers are geographically, they will have a USA presence or presence in any of up to 70 nations and be reachable from even cell phones and landlines off the IP grid," says Rehan Ahmed, President of Super Technologies, Inc. and DIDXchange.

Especially for Star2Billing customers, the collaboration makes purchase of blocks of numbers from DIDx, a provider of Direct Inward Dialing or “DID” phone numbers to IP communications companies, affordable. In addition, the one interop and terms with DIDX will interconnect Star2Billing customers to 16,500 other IP communications providers and millions of phone numbers.

Through the offer, customers can order up to 1000 phone numbers from the U.S. (specific rate centers) at $150 per month and or 50 Auckland, New Zealand DID numbers at $100 per month, empowering them with benefits of next generational telecommunications and the opportunity to expand their markets and potential revenue. DIDX offers a user-friendly API to import the blocks of DID over to Star2Billing's customer solutions.
