DialApplet, a company that specializes in call center software on Asterisk platforms, has been present at various trade fairs throughout this year including previous ones. These are important trade fairs of Call Centers, in which we have been presenting our latest products developed for managing any platform in an efficient and easy way.

The most recent of these fairs in which we took part , was the Andean Conference. It was celebrated on the 11th , 12th and 13th in Bogota (Colombia) where we presented our Web service product. It is a service designed for high performance networking tools such as CRM, ERP, CATI or Collecting from the Asterisk world, with the special main feature of - rapid deployment time. This product is based on open standards; therefore this API allows simple access to both methods from progressive predictive dialing, recording, espionage, whisper, and click to call or calls rescheduled.

Apart from Colombia, were also participating in the 2nd Global Forum Contact in Mexico, where we present the following products, which represent a breakthrough for our company:
• Androdialer: It is a powerful automatic dialer that functions effectively without human intervention, and having the capacity to manage up to 480 simultaneous calls and native support for TTS and IVR tools.
• Provisit: A comprehensive management tool for virtual secretarial and business appointment diary.

In this event we had a great impact, because of policy development and the factor of innovation that we contribute to the industry which is related to contact centers.

It is also important to mention the Customer Relation + Call Center contest held in Madrid late last year, we participated in the introduction of social media section with close collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Social Media Club. The proof this of social networking development is preliminary efficiency could be seen reflected in the "microworlds" snowballs that our employees, customers and friends have been sending from different parts of the world. To conclude, DialApplet has played an important role in Astricon- a fair for worldwide Asterisk sector, being the only exhibitor Asterisk systems specialist with native and without intermediate layers. It was here where we introduced the 3.0 version of Call Center software. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise to many bearing the fact of its simplicity in creating and scripting without requiring IT staff to put a formulary in production.
