New York, NY - Transbeam, one of the fastest-growing, network based providers of carrier-class Ethernet services, today announced the launch of its round-the-clock Network Operations Center. The center provides expert in-house 24/7 technical support including on-site installation and assistance for all hotel guest rooms and event venues.

Based out of Manhattan, NY, Transbeam’s Network Operations and Dispatch center is geared to service hotel guest rooms more efficiently and promptly. Avner Nebel, EVP of Transbeam said: “It was important for us to have a support center based out of the same area we service our customers. We wanted to make sure that if an issue arose not only could we service our customers remotely but if needed, could send a Transbeam technician to their location quickly and efficiently.”

The Helmsley Park Lane, a luxury and iconic Midtown Manhattan hotel and customer of Transbeam, was the first to implement this state-of-the-art 24/7 support system to their guest rooms. Richard Kerr, the Corporate Director of IT at Helmsley hotels stated: “We had many challenges to overcome bringing in a wireless support system that provided not only 24/7 premier quest room internet support but also a limitless secure network that our guests expect while using our Internet services. Transbeam worked on providing such a system and completely supports our guests and our staff in every way.”
