 NTT Acquires 70% of Frontline Systems Australia

NTT Communications has entered an agreement to purchase 70% of IT infrastructure and managed services of Frontline Systems Australia.
All financial details of the contract were not disclosed.
NTT Communications plans to integrate server-based technologies of Frontline with the company’s network integration, maintenance offering and software development with a purpose to target new MNC deals.
Furthermore, NTT will increase Frontline's subsidiary Harbour MSP's data center technology in order to advance company’s cloud services drive.
The new agreement is a part of NTT’s plan to widen company’s offerings with a purpose to address multinational corporations' network and infrastructure cloud services requirements, as well as to raise revenue outside of company’s native Japan market.
