Citel Technologies Inked an Exclusive Partnership Agreement with Diacom Citel Technologies Inked an Exclusive Partnership Agreement with DiacomCitel Technologies Inked an Exclusive Partnership Agreement with Diacom

23 January 2012

Citel Technologies has recently announced that the company had signed an exclusive reseller agreement with Diacom, an Irish integrated solutions provider, to sell the Amherst, N.Y.-based company's VoIP migration device in Ireland.
In 2010, two companies together completed the first installation of the Portico TVA in an Irish regional hospital.
Diacom's efforts to extend the market for the Portico TVA enabled Citel Technologies to make sales and marketing agreement exclusive.
Diacom officials commented that the Portico TVA would add notable value to our telecoms offering and would allowing customers enjoy the advantages of Unified Messaging and UC by using VoIP systems in a very cost effective manner.
Citel empowers SMBs, service providers and large enterprises to use existing PBX infrastructure as they migrate to next-gen IP services and applications.
Service providers can utilize Hosted IP telephony services fast, without necessity to "rip and replace" existing enterprise LAN cabling and PBX handsets.
