 VoIP Supply Makes Public Results of Customer Satisfaction Research

VoIP Supply has recently announced the results of a customer satisfaction research conducted in December 2011.
In a survey of over 500 of company’s customers, VoIP Supply discovered how over-the-top the company is appreciated:
• 98% are likely or very likely to recommend VoIP Supply to other businesses or colleagues.
• 97% are likely or very likely to buy from VoIP Supply again.
• 87% report an exceptional or above average experience with VoIP Supply.
• Half of the clients consider VoIP Supply the best in the industry.
According to the respondents, the customer loyalty to the company is explained with a variety of reasons: 81% mention product availability; 76% cite its price, and more than half note company’s expertise and customer service.
The President and CEO of VoIP Supply commented that company’s number one goal is to provide outstanding service to all customers throughout their experience. At the company they are really pleased at the strong degree of satisfaction and will continue “to strive to always exceed their expectations.”
