17 February 2011
Matrix Comsec, a leading manufacturer of VoIP Products as IP-Servers, IP-PBXs, IP-Phones, Gateways and Terminals for SOHO, small businesses and large enterprises, announced today the complete interoperability of Grandstream’s IP-Phones and Multimedia Phones with Matrix IP-Servers. Grandstream is a leading manufacturer of IP voice/video telephony products serving small-to-medium businesses and consumer markets.
Grandstream’s GXV3140 and GXV3175 IP Multimedia Phones and the GXP21xx series Enterprise HD IP Phones were exhaustively tested by Matrix’s Research and Development team and are now fully interoperable with Matrix’s range of IP-Servers. The testing included interoperability with basic call management and advanced enterprise grade features, multi-site connectivity and complete feature transparency between IP-Server and IP-Phones.
Matrix’s range of PBXs are loaded with advanced features for PSTN, GSM, ISDN and IP, which give SMBs (Small-to-Medium Businesses) the feel and professionalism of large enterprises as well as empower Large Enterprises to optimize their telephony operations effectively and efficiently.
“Matrix has developed a fine range of IP-Phones compatible with IP-Servers, but to increase customer value, we identified the need to offer more purchase alternatives to customers in terms of IP end-terminals,” said Sajeev Nair, Manager-Product Management for Matrix. “After identifying various IP-Phones available in the market, we have selected Grandstream for its exclusive range of IP phones and multimedia phones. Grandstream has outstanding market reach and is known for their product innovation with a wide range of IP phones and multimedia phones, offering advanced features to end-users. Matrix IP-Server’s combined with Grandstream’s IP-Phone portfolio will increase customer satisfaction and will ensure long term business opportunities,” he continued.
