Teledime developed over the past two years a web based application designed to help Voice Wholesale carrier in their daily business.
The design is based on previous developed system utilizing over 20 years of experience in the wholesale voice carrier business and the latest software development techniques.
The System is offered following the Software as a Service *SaaS* model.
You just need a standard internet browser (any of the latest Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari will do) and you are ready to go.
You do not need any hardware investment or any technical specialist to run it. You just register yourself as a Teledime user and you can use the system.

Our software allows you to
• easily manage all your selling destinations and dial codes: just organize them ONCE, and reuse them forever
• import new rates from your suppliers as soon as you receive them, without any additional preprocessing on them.
• manage all your service types: standard, premium, and others.
• get the best routing and/or selling prices with our LCR. You can run it with few clicks any time you like. Got a new cost pricelist? Just upload it, and update your LCR at once, and you can reconfigure your switch in minutes.
• rate your cdrs to calculate revenues and costs.
• get ASR and ACD reports
• generate your invoices: monthly, weekly, every 5 days, over a certain traffic limit, and so on
• run user defined reports on your traffic, to analyze your data.
• discover negative margins destinations and/or carriers as soon as possible
• manage your disputes, easily comparing your traffic data to your customer/supplier, to find discrepancies
• keep track of your credit line (get alerted when someone owes you more money than the limit you set)
• extract test numbers
