ASC, one of leading providers of innovative solutions, has stated that the company plans to exhibit VoIP recording solution - EVOip, quality management solution - INSPIRATIONpro, at UC Expo 2011 in London that will be held on March 8-9.
The EXPO is considered as the UK’s greatest business communications event; in 2010 the expo had over 4000 visitors.
ASC plans to focus on company’s quality and process management capabilities, with a special reference to speech analytics application for customer interactions.
Speech analytics application from ASC deploys keyword spotting to assist in categorizing calls for high-volume contact centers with a huge amount of conversations. Other features like emotion detection assist to detect problem calls identifying customer requirements.
