 CES: Vidyo Showcased Multipoint Video Conferencing Software

Vidyo, one of leaders in personal telepresence, has announced that the company had demonstrated its multipoint video conferencing software at the recent CES ShowStoppers in Las Vegas.
According to the company, Vidyo’s multipoint video conferencing software allows HD multi-point videoconferences on smartphones and tablets, PCs and Macs, gateways that interoperate with H.323 and SIP end points, room systems, telepresence and cloud-based broadcast solutions.
The company also demonstrated the latest platform support for VidyoMobile HD video conferencing software client: Android 4.0 “Ice Cream Sandwich” running on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus smartphone. It will allow global video conference, connecting various endpoints on iOS and Android mobile devices, as well as desktops, room systems and laptops.
Viduo’s software-based videoconferencing solution features the VidyoMobile client running on various iOS and Android tablets and smartphones such as Kindle Fire, iPad2, iPhone 4S, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, Motorola Xoom and Samsung Galaxy S II.
