Toshiba America Information Systems, Telecommunication Systems Division has officially announced Call Manager version 7.5 that represents company’s new UC solution that is compatible with company’s IPedge and Strata CIX suites of IP business communication systems.
Call Manager version 7.5 is available nationwide via Toshiba's network of Authorized Dealers.
Toshiba officials noted that the new Call Manager version 7.5 provides enterprise and SMB users of company’s IPedge and Strata CIX IP business telephone systems with a highly intuitive and feature-rich UC solution. “Call Manager is the foundation of Toshiba's Unified Communications Suite (UC Suite) of products, which delivers multiple applications in a bundled configuration on a single server, and version 7.5 brings significant new enhancements."
Call Manager version 7.5 allows users selecting one of three display modes: regular, compact, and slim docking. Moreover, it has a built-in VoIP softphone option that can be activated at any time. Customizable Hot Keys allow users to click to dial any highlighted number. Users can assign many new functions to hot keys, including Hang-up and Answer, and customize Call Manager to meet their requirements.
