SPIRIT DSP, one of leading voice and video over IP engines providers, has officially stated that TMC, an integrated media company, had recognized SPIRIT's product VideoMost.com as the winner of the 2011 INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year Award.
VideoMost.com represents a multi-point, web-based videoconferencing software product. VideoMost.com is based on company’s video engine for Windows, iOS, Mac and Android clients and Windows or Linux-based video conferencing servers. It embraces company’s highly scalable H.264SVC video codec and HD voice IP-MR wideband voice codec (IETF RFC 6262), allowing HD voice and multi-party video calling.
This multi-point video software can work on connections from 512 Kbps, offering up to 30 fps HD 720p and supporting 1000 concurrent video channels per single $4,000 PC server.
VideoMost deploys standard Internet access, webcams, microphone and speakers. It does not require registration and allows participants starting a call instantly.
